Refund and cancellation
This policy applies to paid consultations and planning services offered by API Relay Financial Planning Co., Ltd. (API Relay Financial Planning). Contact for refund requests: info@apirelay.store or +66-2-643-8291. TIN: 0105531038764.
Specific fee amounts and windows below are standard market-consistent proposals until confirmed in your engagement letter.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees you paid directly to us for scheduled consultations or plan drafting. Third-party costs (bank charges, government fees) are not refundable through us.
Cancellation before a session
- More than 48 hours before the agreed start time: full refund of any prepaid session fee, or one free reschedule at your choice.
- Within 48 hours: up to 50% of the prepaid session fee may be retained to cover reserved time; remainder refunded within 14 business days.
- No-show without notice: prepaid session fees are non-refundable; we may offer a one-time reschedule at our discretion.
Management plan fees
If you cancel after work has started but before delivery, we refund the portion of the fee that corresponds to undelivered work, minus documented hours already spent. After you accept the final plan document, the planning fee is non-refundable except where required by law.
How to request a refund
Email info@apirelay.store with your name, payment date, and reason. We confirm receipt within 3 business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 14 business days (proposed timeframe).
Rescheduling
One reschedule without penalty is available when you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Additional changes may incur an administrative fee stated in your engagement letter.
Deposits
If a deposit is required for planning work, it is applied to your final invoice. Unused deposit balance is refunded if we mutually agree not to proceed before substantive work begins.
Exceptions
Force majeure events (public health orders, natural disasters) are handled with rescheduling first; refunds follow the principles above if rescheduling is not possible.
